Usage Rights

Client is granted the non-exclusive right to use all delivered images, in whole or part, for business promotion for an unlimited period of time. The only exception being Matterport tours.  Matterport tour rights are given until completed sale of property or 6 months, whichever comes first.  TopView Imaging retains the copyright and ownership to all images and video. No transfer of rights to any third party is allowed without written consent by TopView Imaging. Any publication of images must be credited to TopView Imaging (Photo Credit – TopView Imaging).

TopView Imaging has the right to update and change the Terms of Service without notice. Any new functionality or services that change or enhance the current Service shall be subject to these Terms of Service. If you continue to use the Service after any such changes you agree to such changes and their meaning.

By using the web site called "TopView Imaging.com" in this document and all services called "TopView Imaging" in this document, you have agreed to be bound by the Terms of Service described in this document called the Terms of Service.
